Standardized light color

Many of the challenges with LED in today's market are that there are many different products that are described with the same terms. For example, the color temperature is often described as "warm white" on LED lights with a temperature of 2500-3500K. In practice, this means that if you buy "warm white" LEDs from different manufacturers, you may risk ending up with color shades that are clearly different from each other. It is also not uncommon for there to be color differences from diode to diode in the same product.

In this LED Kit set we chose the most common light color for warm white light, namely 2700 Kelvin. This is the color you get from traditional light bulbs and is the light temperature that most people prefer in their homes.

When LEDs are produced, variations occur in both lumen values and color temperature. It is therefore necessary to sort out the LEDs that have equal value. This is called binding. We have chosen to use stricter requirements for binding in our strips (3 MacAdam binding) to ensure a good quality product. We do this so that you as a customer can be sure that even if you buy several units, the result will always be the same.

High color reproduction (CRI)

The color reproduction of LED lights is not the same as with traditional light sources. LEDs have a lower ability to reproduce colors and especially the color red. This is measured with Ra and will normally vary between 60-95 with LED light sources. In our packages, the lights have a Ra value of at least 90. This places the color reproduction in the upper class. We believe that LED strips today should have a Ra value of at least 80. You should also make sure to use LED strips with high color reproduction in bathrooms, kitchens or other places where it is important to have a correct perception of the color (eg in the wardrobe in front of the mirror) .

Easy to connect

We have made it even easier for you to connect the LED strips! Our LED Kit sets come with only 3 parts. LED strips, driver and remote control. They are set up with quick and easy connection so that you do not have to worry about "how to". In addition, there are no additional control boxes or screw connections you must take in to account. 

Effect

In this LED Kit set, we have used LED diodes that provide high light output in relation to power consumption. By using 2835 diodes, we are able to deliver a bright strip that provides 1200lm / meter and 12W / meter. This type of LED chip is also one of the smallest on the market and builds only 1.2mm. This means that the strip can be hidden wherever you want without being in the way.

Nano IP

Nanotechnology has been used to encapsulate the LED strip and protect it from water and dust. This is a thin layer that completely covers the strip and all the components. This is a completely new way of encapsulating LED lights and replaces traditional methods such as epoxy and silicone. The protection does not affect the light output, quality or the color temperature and in addition, it has a better heat distribution.
